POSITION: CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
SHIFTS:
1st: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
2nd: 4:30 pm – 3:00 am
DETAILS:
1. Entry level openings for CNC Lathe/Mill Operators
2. Operates machines and verifies conformance of machined parts to customer
specifications by utilizing quality gages and doing visual inspection.
3. Prefer experience in manufacturing, reading and interpreting gages and good math skills.
4. Must be available for weekly overtime and weekend work.

POSITION: CNC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Preventative Maintenance)
SHIFTS:
1st: 8 hour shift 8am to 4:30pm
2nd: 8 hour shift 8:30pm to 5am
DETAILS:
1. Experience required with CNC Lathes/Mills complete preventative maintenance per schedule or as assigned.
2. Monitor coolant system and documentation as required.
3. Clean and repair chip conveyors.
4. Responsible for lube oil and grease for production cells.
5. Housekeeping of chemical storage.
6. Assist Maintenance Technicians II in completing tasks.
7. Experience in an automotive high volume production environment.
8. Must be available for weekly overtime and weekend work.

POSITION: CNC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II
SHIFTS:
1st: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
2nd: 4:30 pm – 3:00 am
DETAILS:
1. Experience required CNC Lathes/Mills, General Machines, Hobbers & Shaper Cutters, Fanuc robots.
2. Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
3. Participate in problem solving and product teams.
4. Experience with electrical/PLC/relays.
5. Knowledge and use of tool room equipment.
6. Must be available for weekly overtime and weekend work.

POSITION: COOLANT LUBE TECHNICIAN
SHIFTS:
2nd: 3:00 pm – 11:30 Pm
DETAILS:
1. Deliver lube oil to production cells and fill containers.
2. Deliver grease to production cells and fill grease guns.
3. Perform and document coolant pump out schedule on machines.
4. Monitor coolant system & machines using proper tools and logging required information in computer system.
5. Perform any needed maintenance (filters) on coolant system.
6. Document and track coolant information. Bring potential issues to management and coolant vendor company representatives.
5. Housekeeping of chemical storage area.
6. Ensure all products used are appropriately labeled and tagged.

POSITION: ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (Time split between floor and office)
SHIFTS:
1st: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
DETAILS:
1. Troubleshoot tooling, process concerns and chronic machine problems.
2. Edit CNC programs and perform production set ups.
3. Troubleshoot electrical and electronic problems, perform PLC implementation & PLC program management.
4. Conduct studies and record operations for such factors as time, motion, method and speed to improve efficiency or establish standard production rates.
5. Conduct tool life studies and assist in analysis of information per Engineers.
6. Conduct tool life studies and assist in analysis of information per Engineers.
7. Help implement new and enhanced tool process tools.
8. Make or modify machine parts and gauging.
9. Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
10. Assist in conducting capability studies and ROI analysis.
11. Participates in evaluation and selection of products for new and current processes.
12. Lead or assist with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvements (CI).
13. Identify CI opportunities and participate in problem solving teams.
14. Participate in APQP/PPAP process and implementation of new processes.
